Storage jar (medium)
This is one of my newer jars. Squishy!
I have a couple of these in the kitchen and use them for flour as I bake a lot but I know folks who use them for rice or lentils or coffee beans.
It came out of the salt chamber of Pepino, the wood salt kiln at Pleasant Hill Pottery in Oregon. The decoration was created by wiping through thick slip with my fingers.
It was in a particularly reduced part of the kiln and came out this lovely caramel color. The glaze on the inside is my Lake Bonneville glaze from Utah.

Dimensions: Approximately ” tall x ” wide

My pots are microwave, dishwasher and oven safe. I make them with stoneware clay and fire until they’re vitrified, around 2350°F.
I ship with USPS and UPS and send tracking information after sending each order.
I ship internationally; it’s no problem, but it may require a little extra postage. It’s hard to estimate as it changes from country to country. For these international orders, I will contact you if there is a discrepancy between what you pay and the actual cost.
